In order to process the request the hotel needs: 

• Clear copy of the passport (must be valid for the duration of the visit) including last country visited and mother's maiden name
• 2 colour photographs 
• Clear copy (front and back) of a valid Credit Card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Diners) with signature of cardholder
• Authorization letter from the cardholder to charge the Credit Card

Important:

• Kindly note that the hotel requires minimum 10 working days prior to arrival (excluding Friday, Saturday and Official Holidays) to process the visa request.
• The charge of RO 25.500 is not refundable once the visa request has been submitted.
• The final approval and issue of visa is at the sole discretion of the Oman Immigration Office and Sheraton Oman Hotel can not be responsible for any delays or denials.
• Business Visa are valid for 7 days (from time of entry).
• Business Visa  can be extended for further 7 days at an additional charge of OMR xxx.000
• Extension can be processed only after guest’s check-in and the hotel needs 2 working days prior to expiration of visa
