| Atention: New regulation issued by the Immigration Department of Qatar (May, 2006) prevent the hotel from extending Visas. Any Visa issued for 2 or 4 weeks WILL NOT be extended. Plan your trip needs wisely to avoid disappointment.
The Sheraton Doha Resort & Convention Hotel can provide a tourist visa for its resident guests for QR 150.
In order to process the request the hotel needs:
- Clear copy of the passport (must be valid for the duration of the trip)
- Clear copy (front and back) of a valid Credit Card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Diners)
- Authorization to charge the Credit Card (if the name of the credit card holder is different from the guest requesting the visa)
- Length of Visa required: 2 or 4 weeks

Kindly note that the hotel requires minimum 4 working days (excluding Friday, Saturday and Official Holidays) to process the visa request.

The charge of QR 150.00 is not refundable once the visa request has been submitted.

The final approval and issue of visa is at the sole discretion of the Qatar Immigration Office and Sheraton Doha Resort & Convention Hotel can not be responsible for any delays or denials.

Tourist Visas are valid for 14 days (from time of entry).

Tourist Visas can no longer be extended - as per new regulations from the Immigration Department (May, 2006).

Extension can be processed only after guest’s check-in and the hotel needs 2 working days prior to expiration of visa.
